Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who is leaving a mark on the screen. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother were born in Columbus Ohio on June 26, 1976. The family moved to Texas for the purpose of pursuing the career of an Occupational Therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay long in Texas before relocating to Orlando, Florida. There she played many roles, ranging from local independent films to international commercials. The small parts didn't stop her from discovering that she was a fan of acting. After 2001, she relocated into New York where her first role was on All My Children's morning soap as Rosa Santos. During the early part of the 2000s She appeared on small roles on JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. Her first major part came in the year 2004, on the underrated film The Mountain. De La Garza had the pleasure of working with some outstanding TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. She was A.D.A. on Law & Order in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. After a short period, she was transferred onto Law & Order: LA. This particular character has earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. The year 2008 was the time she was awarded the Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for Outstanding Performances in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza, in a recurring cast role in CSI Miami was announced a few minutes after. The role was Marisol Delko, the spouse of David Caruso's Horatio. As Dr. Lena Solis, she appeared in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. The show was canceled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger sister is Cory who is Italian through origin. Her family was strict and religious one. Milano was first introduced to acting at age seven old. Her babysitter brought her to an audition for her very first time. Her audition was in the top 1000 applicants. She was selected as one of just four girls. Milano has appeared in TV advertisements, off-Broadway productions and in the American premiere of Jane Eyre.
